My personal opinion: the Haagan Daz is luxuriously creamy because it is full fat but I’m not sure I want to spend 6 hard earned points at this stage in my life on something so tiny. The Arctic Zero is very good, not as creamy, but still yummy. And I eat with my eyes, so the big container visually made up for the creamy if you ask me. I did have my daughter and soon to be son in law try them. Let’s just say he won’t be joining WW anytime soon!
