Well that was ironic timing! Just got the message so the cat is out of the bag….Weight Watchers is changing their logo to the familiar WW and a new slogan “Wellness That Works ™”

My personal opinion is that this trend towards wellness is the exact move they need to make. We do NOT need to be weight watching only…staring at the scale…obsessing over tenths of pounds gained or lost. We need to focus on our wellbeing both physically and mentally. When we get our minds and bodies in order the weight will take care of itself.
