Some weeks you just need to fill in to fill up.
This is one of those weeks. We won’t be home a lot so we didn’t need a lot. But I wanted to make sure and get in some Smart Swaps from this week’s workshop. And so here we are!
The Tarte au Brie is one of the most delicious frozen pizzas you will ever try. We cut it in half with scissors while still frozen (it’s that thin!), spray with a little non stick spray and cook it per the directions but in my Simple Living Products Air Fryer checking the last minute or two to make sure it isn’t to crisp. We love to slice the ciabatta baguette, and use the dip, bacon and some more cheese to make my Bacon Jalapeño Artichoke bread recipe (click here). Again with a side of that butter lettuce or some steamed broccoli slaw, heaven on a plate.
Speaking of broccoli slaw, toss it with some light dressing (or a combo of light mayo, nonfat Greek yogurt, sprinkle of Truvia sweetener, and your favorite flavored vinegar), add some cooked bacon plus (you guessed it) more shredded cheese for a fabulous broccoli salad great as a side dish or a yummy lunch on it’s own.
