Big thanks to Carol Lou for sharing a photo of her fruit cups in our private If You Have An Egg group on Facebook. Thank you, Carol Lou!
You all know I miss my mom dearly and it makes me so happy to make foods that I know she would love. If she were still here, she’d join us for every Sunday Live Chat and chime in with wisdom, recipes, support, and lots of laughs.
As a lifetime WW member she found ways to continually make delicious, low-point creations and many of those still hold a special place in my heart.
One of those is a dessert she used to make. She lined the bottom of a pan with pear halves and covered that with lime Jell-O. Not sure why she chose pears. Not sure why she chose lime. You could make this same recipe with just about any fruit and flavor combination but she used pears and lime so that’s what I choose to stick with!
