Many of you have been around long enough to know my recipe for Windstar Karen’s Buffalo Chicken Dip is one of my absolute favorites! I could seriously eat it every day.

Hot Bacon Honey Mustard Dip

In the extra credit portion of Chat #186, we tried out a variation on this classic recipe and I’m so excited to share it with you all! We’ve developed a recipe for Hot Bacon Honey Mustard Dip and I promise you’re going to want to eat the whole thing in one sitting.

It’s a delicious treat that is only 2 Smart Points per ¼ cup serving, so you can enjoy without any guilt!

Yield 14 1/4 cup servings

2 SP per ¼ cup serving

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ½ cup Velveeta shredded cheese (or other shredded cheese that melts well)
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of G Hughes sugar-free honey mustard (or other light honey mustard)
  • 6 slices of my candied bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, shredded cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey mustard until combined.
  2. Fold candied bacon crumbles into mixture
  3. Microwave mixture for 1.5 to 2 minutes
  4. Stir
  5. Microwave for 1 minute
  6. Stir again and serve
