Ingredients:
- Handful of baby spinach
- 1 cucumber diced or chopped
- 2 WE Mediterranean Style Chicken Skewers
- 2 tbsp Hannah Greek Style Tzatziki Yogurt Dip
- 2 tbsp That Pickle Guy Muffalata Olive Mix
This one is complicated….ready? Put spinach and diced cucumber in a large salad bowl. In a separate bowl shred chicken and mix with Tzatziki dip and Muffalata and stir. Dump on top of spinach and cucumber. Pat yourself on the back for your hard kitchen prep and go relax with this bowl of foot stomping goodness.
