There is nothing better on college game day than pizza, am I right? Unless it’s fresh, individual, yummy, pizzas made the way you like it. And the way you like it. And…the way you like it. With a packet of pitas, a little imagination, and a handful of ingredients we came up with some clever (and delicious) combinations.
And I don’t know many fans football or not who don’t enjoy the crazy yummy combo of ham, pineapple and mozzarella. Can someone please explain to me why pineapple and mozzarella are so good together? It doesn’t make sense to me but oh my goodness they are.
For this combo I had a little diced ham left from egg mugs. Found part of a can of diced pineapple packed in water left from hubby’s cottage cheese breakfast. And of course I always have what has been dubbed my “cheese drawer” stocked with individually packaged mozzarella cheese.
