My sweet friend Taylor Made these for her boyfriend last weekend and they looked so good I asked to borrow her recipe for the blog. Who knew they would be yummy AND so easy!
Cheesecake Strawberries – 2 Weight Watchers Points Plus
Ingredients:
- 6 fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese
- 1 Graham Cracker square crushed
Start with sweet fresh strawberries and an even sweeter smile. (Taylor, be sure and tell your brother sorry I cropped him out of the picture, but this recipe is all you girl!)
Using a sturdy straw poke the strawberries from the bottom through the top, hollowing out the fruit while capping it at the same time
Using a small spoon put a small amount of cream cheese on the top end of the strawberry and then put gently with the bottom of the spoon. It will take a few practice runs but eventually you will be able to quickly and easily push the cream cheese through the middle of the strawberry into the bottom. See the cream cheese peeking out?) Leave a small amount of cream cheese on top of each one.
Tap the cream cheese covered top of each strawberry into the Graham cracker crumbs. Voila, you are already done and it’s time to enjoy…without the guilt!
