Don’t forget! The extended free Lifetime benefits requirements were (notice I said were) still waived until the end of November BUT…. Middle and East Tennessee has been extended to FEBRUARY 28th! If we do get to return to in person workshops before then they will still honor that date in OUR AREA.
If you are in East Tennessee we now have Wellness Check-Ins in Maryville, Oak Ridge, Powell, and at the Cedar Bluff main location. Still no word on in person workshops *wah*
And of course, don’t forget to use our special 10% from Simple Living Products! Go to simplelivingproducts.com, choose the air fryer you’d like, and enter code EGG10 at checkout.
Last week’s Chat #200 “The Simplest Way to Stay On Track” was our 200th chat! Can you believe it? We talked about using WW’s STAR (Specific, Truly Doable, Active and Relevant) to make goals that could get you through these crazy holidays and keep you holly and jolly!
Your #chat200 homework for this week was to sit back, relax, enjoy the chat and then tag me. Let’s see how you did.
-
- Tina was thankful for all of the hard work, dedication, inspiration, and creativity that come from our chats.
- Linda said #chat200 was the bomb!
- Janice was with us live and always enjoys the chats.
- Marlene was with us live too!
- Carol Lou was live for chat #100 and now chat #200 as well! And she hopes to be there for chat #300, God willing!
Bravo ladies, you nailed it!
This Week’s Topic: Focusing on the Good
November is a time that people across the country step back and think hard about what they’re thankful for, so we’re focusing on the good here too! It’s unsurprising that when we focus on good things, we seem to find what we’re looking for. I’m sure you can name someone in your life who seems to always have a smile and a positive attitude and tends to have good things happen to them. It’s not a coincidence! Focusing on the good can have a very real impact on our lives.
Give positivity a try! And keep doing it until it becomes a habit in your life. Here’s an easy way to start looking for the good in your life:
- Think about three good things that happened today. They can be as small or big as you like! Did you hear your favorite song on the radio? Did you make a good memory with a family member? Did you have a reeeeally good cup of coffee this morning?
- Write them down in detail. Write down everything you remember about the experience – how you felt, who you were with, how it affected you, etc. Writing down these details allows you to reflect on the good you saw in your day.
- Remind yourself how you felt when that good thing happened. Keep in mind the way these positive experiences impacted you.
This Week’s Homework: #threegoodthings
Think about three good things that happened today (big or small!) and post them so we can be happy with you, tag me for your homework AND earn your next super cool badge!
