“Change what you do”

Sometimes our weight loss journey just clicks. Food prep done. Points tracked boom. FitPoints earned bravo.

And some days you wonder how you even made it from point A to point B. I’m having some of those days. It’s not all bad, what’s going on this week is both exciting and overwhelming. But I’m sitting here at point A and thinking I can’t even see point B…how do I even start to get over there?

So I’m taking the mystery leader’s advice. And I keep my small steps big goals storyboard out. I picked one thing to “do” and I know my weight will take care of itself. It may not be down but it will be better than ok.

My grocery buggy looked like we were going camping this week. Because I don’t know when where and how we are eating this week I chose all no prep, easy to take, nothing more than a plastic spoon required foods. It’s going to be busy. I have at least 15 days worth of work, moving and smiling like nothing is out of sorts to accomplish in this 7 day week. So I changed what I do and my weight will just have to take care of itself.
