My daughter decided to name this one Can’t Be “TAME”d Spread because a simple name just made no sense. The top ingredients for this yummmmmmy spread are Tzatziki, Avocado, Muffalata and Egg. A hard boiled egg.

Can’t Be TAME’d Spread – 8PPV
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 perfectly ripe avocado diced
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp Hannah’s Tzatziki Greek Yogurt dressing (Available at Costco)
- 2 tbsp That Pickle Guy Mufalatta (available at Costco)
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
- (Shown served on a Stonefire Mini Naan – add 3PPV)
First choose a perfectly ripe avocado. In a later blog post I will be showing you how to tell if an avocado is perfectly ripe without squeezing it so hard it’s insides become its outsides.
Add the hard boiled eggs and mash evenly together
Add the Tzatziki and Mufalatta and mix until smooth. Add fresh ground pepper to taste. Divide into 2 servings.
I’m serious. This can’t possibly be much easier or more delicious. Gee, wonder how long it will take me to try it on well, everything. This could be as big as the Sweet Chili Sauce Summer of 2013. That’s pretty big.
