Oh my Naan, I am loving these things! This is a Buffalo Chicken Naan and not only did this get a thumbs up from John, my daughter sent her fiancé back upstairs to see if they could have a second one!
Buffalo Chicken Naan
1 serving – 14PPV
Ingredients:
- 1 piece La Brea Bakery Naan
- 3 oz grilled chicken breast shredded
- 2 Baby Bel Light Mini
- Handful of baby spinach
- 2 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch Yogurt dressing
- As much Franks Red Hot Sauce as you can handle 🔥
Instructions:
Place one Naan on a cookie sheet, spread the ranch dressing evenly over the entire surface of the Naan. Add the shredded chicken and then dash as much Franks as desired over the chicken. Add spinach evenly and then break apart Baby Bels and evenly distribute. Place the cookie sheet in a preheated oven on 375 for 10 minutes or until the bottom just starts to brown. Change oven to broil and cook an additional 3-7 minutes watching carefully to take it out just as cheese starts to brown. Keep an eye on it so you don’t overlook that glorious cheesy goodness! Carefully remove from oven when done and let set for 2 minutes for cheese to start to firm. Cut into 2 to 4 pieces and Enjoy!
