Around the holidays, my family has some staple dishes that are always on the table. One of those is sausage balls. And although I love them and they’re always delicious, they aren’t the most point-friendly choice.
This year, I’ll be making these breakfast deviled eggs as a tasty substitute! They’re packed with flavor and make for a great holiday breakfast that won’t break your points budget.
Breakfast Deviled Eggs

Yield 6 deviled eggs
Green 2 SP | Blue 1 SP | Purple 1 SP
Note: For this recipe, I made a small batch but you can easily multiply out this recipe to accommodate a larger batch.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp light mayo (or substitute nonfat plain Greek yogurt or vegan mayo)
- ½ avocado
- 1 veggie sausage patty (or regular sausage patty) cooked per package instructions
- DAK’s Everything But Tha Salt
Instructions
- Make a batch of my Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs
- Slice your hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a small bowl, mash yolks and mix with mayo (or mayo substitute), crumbled sausage patty, and avocado
- Fill each egg white with a dollop off the yolk mixture
- Top with a sprinkle of DAK’s Everything But Tha Salt seasoning
