“It literally tastes like a Big Mac” according to my husband. I have to agree! This yummy satisfying salad can be enjoyed year round and is so simple to put together.
Big Mac Salad

Yield 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 serving Gardein Garden Grown Protein Beefless ground, heated
- 11 Kroger Hamburger Dill Fast Food Style Pickles
- 2 tbsp G Hughes Smokehouse Sugar Free Secret Burger Sauce
- ¼ cup Velveeta Shreds Original
- 2 cups Lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cups Onions, chopped
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Heat plant based “beef” crumbles according to package instructions or substitute browned ground turkey or lean ground beef
- Make a bed of the lettuce and add “beef,” cheese, pickles, onions, drizzle with special sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Toss and eat immediately!
Notes: Best eaten immediately and really, it’s so easy! Why would you make it ahead?
