“It literally tastes like a Big Mac” according to my husband. I have to agree! This yummy satisfying salad can be enjoyed year round and is so simple to put together.

 

Big Mac Salad

Yield 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Gardein Garden Grown Protein Beefless ground, heated
  • 11 Kroger Hamburger Dill Fast Food Style Pickles
  • 2 tbsp G Hughes Smokehouse Sugar Free Secret Burger Sauce
  • ¼ cup Velveeta Shreds Original
  • 2 cups Lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cups Onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat plant based “beef” crumbles according to package instructions or substitute browned ground turkey or lean ground beef
  2. Make a bed of the lettuce and add “beef,” cheese, pickles, onions, drizzle with special sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  3. Toss and eat immediately!

 

Notes: Best eaten immediately and really, it’s so easy! Why would you make it ahead?
