I was literally cleaning up to go to bed last night when I checked Weight Watchers Connect one last time and saw that it was S’More Day. I couldn’t go to bed without celebrating could I?
It was already 10pm and my husband rolled his eyes as he headed on to bed. I promise this recipe post doesn’t take long!
Do me one favor though before you move on to the recipe. Please, if you can find it, get real Fluff. I had another brand and a Canadian friend said go Fluff or go home. Ok she didn’t really say that but she made it sound important. She was right.
Banana S’more Rollup: 5 Smart Points / 3 Points Plus
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 Reduced Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla (I use Trader Joe’s)
- 2 Tbsp Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate Dream Semi Sweet Baking Chips
Lay tortilla flat on a plate and have it ready. Put Fluff in a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 15 seconds. This will GROW! Immediately spread on the tortilla while its fluffy. I peel the banana and place it whole on top of the fluff covered tortilla. Put baking chips in a very small glass bowl and heat on high for 30 seconds. Stir and return to microwave for 20 seconds. Continue heating and stirring for one or two more 20 second periods until the chocolate is melted and will drizzle. This doesn’t have to be pretty, you are going to roll it all up. Drizzle chocolate back and forth over the banana (swipe the rest of the chocolate and fluff out of their bowls and lick off your finger…ummm you counted those points…). Roll it up, cut in half with a bread knife if you are being dainty. Otherwise consume in a semi civilized manner.
