Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash!
During Live Chat #123 Open Your Mind we explored ways to think about things differently and do or try something we didn’t think we could! I decided that the second half of that Free WW Workshop (you can watch on demand on YouTube) we should open our minds to adding a previously tedious to make zero point veggie…spaghetti squash! If you’ve never tried this hardy and filling #bulkitup option you have to stop what you are doing now, and just do it! Nutty, tender, hides well in other pasta dishes for wary spouses and kids. I can’t sing the praises of this versatile squash enough.
Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash

Yield 1 squash
So easy it doesn't even warrant a "recipe" but I'm adding it here so you can print it out 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash
- non stick spray
- air fryer
Instructions
- watch YouTube video...seriously it will make alot more sense
- barely cut the ends off the squash so it will sit flat on it's end
- with a very sharp knife cut the squash in half
- using a spoon scoop out the seeds and the stringy part
- take both halves (if they will fit side by side in your air fryer) and put them face down in the basket
- cook on 360 degrees for 30 minutes (check at 25 depending on your air fryer)
- carefully remove from basket and scrape with a fork to make "noodles"
- eat alone, with a little spray butter or find one of my yummy spaghetti squash recipes!
Notes
Use in any pasta dish, alfredo, baked spaghetti, wonderful to rebake even in it's own shell!
