I don’t have to tell you all how much I love the new DAK’s Nothin But Ranch seasoning, right? Over the last couple of weeks I’ve found ways to sneak it into just about everything!
It’s one of DAK’s most versatile spices and is a perfect, low-sodium replacement for everyone’s favorite dip. This week, I’ve made up a batch of this ranch dip to pair with low point veggies for a healthy alternative to my go-to snack, chips and cheese dip.
Since this ranch dip tastes just like the real thing (if not better!) your mouth will thank you and you’ll be cutting tons of unnecessary sodium from your diet. As a bonus, with just a little extra water this dip becomes a salad dressing!
DAK’s Low Sodium Ranch Dip

Yield 16 1 tbsp servings
1 SP Green | 1 SP Purple | 1 SP Blue
Ingredients
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- ½ cup Fage Total 0% nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp powdered buttermilk
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 12 servings DAK’s Nothin But Ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth
- Chill for an hour
- Serve with zero point veggies!
BONUS: If you want to turn this dip into a pourable salad dressing, add a little more water and shake well!
