In Chat #184 we discussed foods with benefits and how they can help you get those “instant gratification” results that we all love to see. For this recipe in particular, I chose ingredients that provide hydration, help with water retention, support your digestive health, and help you get powered up for the day!
I love adding meals like this to my day, especially when I know I have an event or occasion coming up where I’ll be less in control of my meals than I would like to be. I practice a “two on one off” system, so if I know one meal in my day is going to be out of my control I make sure that the other two are much more on track and point-conscious.
These bento bowls are absolutely delicious and can even be used as a make-ahead breakfast for those busy, on-the-go mornings! And to top it all off each bowl is only 6 SP on WW My Way Green.
Breakfast Bento Bowl
Yield 1 bowl
Ingredients
- Hard boiled egg for a protein power up
- 2 strips of candied bacon for excitement
- Grapes and Cucumbers for water retention and to battle dehydration
- Nonfat plain Greek yogurt with Skinny Syrups for digestive health
Instructions
- Start by cooking your candied bacon in your air fryer according to its recipe
- Cooking your hard boiled egg in your air fryer according to their recipe
- Add all of your food to large bowl
- Sprinkle Dak’s Spices Everything But Tha Salt on your eggs for some added flavor!
