The fresh blackberries are a perfect way to combine seasonal fruits into a dessert for one. But if you’re not a fan of blackberries, simply substitute in your favorite fruit! This recipe works great with any fresh or frozen fruit.
3,2,1 Blackberry Cobbler Mug Cake

Yield 1 mug cake
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of 3,2,1 mug cake mix
- 2 tbsp water
- ¼ cup fresh blackberry
Instructions
- Make ahead my 3,2,1 Mug Cake base
- Mix all ingredients together in a mug or microwave-safe dish
- Cook in microwave for 1 minutes on high
- Careful remove (it will be hot) and eat alone or enjoy with your favorite low point ice cream or whipped topping
